Exterior doors are traditionally considered one of the most important elements of the house facade. It is the calling card of the house, demonstrating the good taste of the host, his status in society and attitude towards things and life in general. Besides the visual aspect, the door must also possess essential functional properties – safety, heat resistance, sound and odour isolation, as well as remain comfortable in daily operation.

On customer request, we offer the production of external doors with the following thickness:

Most customers choose exterior doors made from pine or oak, but we also offer them to be made from exotic wood.

According to desires and possibilities of the customer, Flora Ltd offers different designs, thicknesses, finishes and variations of exterior doors. In order to fulfil the desires of each customer to the smallest nuance, our technologists will develop a sketch and coordinate the desired solution for exterior door before the start of production, and the desired exterior door solution, thus fully enabling the customer to receive the product exactly as intended.

Framed exterior doors

Admirers of the classical style will surely appreciate and choose framed exterior door in combination with or without glazing, side and/or top lightning. This type of exterior door is popular with our customers all over the world, as this door is able to change its appearance from a simple framed exterior door to very sophisticated and finely detailed by changing the design of glazing bars and infill panels.

Flora Ltd offers to produce framed exterior doors with smooth infill panels, infill panels with covers on both sides and two different types of profiled infill panels.

The inner frame profile of the sash also leaves a significant visual impact on design of the framed exterior doors. The profile is available in three different versions – the standard and English-type inner frame profile of the sash, as well as inner frame profile of the sash with double-sided bars.

Panel exterior door

The panel exterior door produced by Flora Ltd with its visually aesthetic and smooth door sash will fit into modern buildings.

At the customer’s request, various solutions are available – with glass, millings, incorporated aluminium or stainless steel elements or flagstones.

Panel exterior doors produced by Flora Ltd are made of composite materials glued in several layers.

To ensure the high thermal insulation requirements, the door features not only extruded polystyrene filling, but also an aluminium foil layer embedded on both sides, as well as aluminium profiles to reduce bending of the sash.

Door is available both painted and veneered using sliced veneer made of different precious wood. The sash and box is 68, 78, 90 or 98 mm thick.

The standard offer includes smooth exterior door with an over rebate (the door sash and box are not in the same plane).
The customer may also choose an exterior door with a concealed over rebate (the door sash and box are in the same plane).
